Evidence Based Literacy Instruction (EBLI)
EBLI (Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction) is a structured literacy system using a Speech-to-Print approach to teach reading, writing, and spelling.
After 20 years using Orton-Gillingham and other methods, we switched to EBLI
It emphasizes explicit instruction across all essential reading components and can be used with learners of any age or ability.
Unlike traditional phonics, EBLI integrates all reading components for efficiency, benefiting both students and educators.
It is versatile, adaptable to various curricula, and available through teacher training, student lessons, and online resources.
